Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019)

The part that made it good was the recording of the lady with her brother interrogating her and shocking her with electric or something after she wouldn't admit like she hurt some children.  We see men walking around near the end looking for her.

The "children" or teenagers are cool.  Some of the characters seemed mean or bad.

The Lion King (2019)

I saw this within a week of its opening.

It was one of the most moving movies I've seen, mainly because of the instrumental music.

The creatures where the main lion went to were very cute, as well!

Toy Story 4 (2019)

The only thing that stands out when you start to think about it is Forky, the spork the little girl turned into a toy with a face, arms, and feet.  It's silly and deranged, but I like it.

That Woody was separated also stands out because he might not be in the same house or even have contact after this Toy Story movie.

I really liked the horror element of the several ventriloquist puppets who in the end cut Woody open to take something about this voice box to give to another doll.  The audience probably felt like they were in a horror movie.

I live in the Orlando, Florida, US area, and we laughed through much of the movie, but I was the only one who clapped, front and center in Dolby Surround Sound.

The bunny and bird were funny, played by 2 black guys, and attached together maybe by string, as a prize at a festival.  They didn't do too much.

I don't remember Toy Story 1-3, but much of the show compared to before maybe featured the little girl and her parents.  It turns out the dad is a dark guy but maybe Spanish.  The mom seems like a dark Caucasian, herself.  Bonnie is cute, maybe dark features for a child, dark skin, brown hair, but maybe hazel or green eyes.  She has a big head and acts like a baby, like when she loses Forky all the time.

What people remember is Forky keep trying to get in the trash like that's what he's made for because he's a plastic fork.  It seemed as though it took a big chunk of the show.  It was pathetic.  At least I can remember this funny line, like, "Hurry up and get Forky before he gets locked up."  Forky is an absolute lunatic.  He would be locked up in a funny farm.

The show was good.  I think the things that disturbed people are just what the show is and can be disregarded if need-be as any part.  It was arousing that they focused more initially so much on Forky being insecure and like a lunatic.  Them putting Bonnie and later Woody away out of nowhere seems uncomfortable.  The feeling seemed to be tweaked.  Values were made into fun-ing at things and explaining things seemed to be unclear to an unstable audience in 2019.  I think it might have already been about the best it could be or for them to create

Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters (2019)

There were 2 basic sides to this movie, the people and the titans (or monsters.)  It wouldn't be a movie to me without 1 the titans, 2 the very good looking young girl, and 3 the racial relations between the team.

The young girl was probably around age 11 or 12 or so and seemed pretty mature.  She was very good-looking with dark black-ish hair, somewhat brown eyes, and pale skin.  She had smooth hair.  She was skinny enough that she sustained looking good throughout like the whole movie.  She was very nice and a joy to watch.  What a privilege it would be for me to meet someone like her.

I liked seeing the Asian lady and maybe Eurasian man.  They were so witty and funny.  I think the main male actor was very good, too.

I so loved to see all the titans throughout most of the movie in action.  It was brilliant animation work for a long time.  That's what makes this movie so special; they actually had a lot of action of the monsters!

My favorite was the Mothra.

It was sad it died and didn't come back in this movie and maybe never will.

Aladdin (2019)

The achievement of this movie is that they got together a respectable group of people from a mysterious race of people.  They are a step up in Hollywood.

My favorite character when the Disney animation came out was the carpet and maybe next that Jasmine had a bird, maybe a dove I had a toy of.

I liked all the characters in this one.  They were all amazing with different personalities.

For the sugar coating on top, I'd say it was interesting to think back to when I was in school and we had to watch out for Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden.  That's not as bad as how the US thinks they are Hitler and the Nazis, these days, like people like me don't matter because of emerging popular stereotypes and such, blaming me for not being perfect as much as Jesus and His mother Mary or God.

I bet everyone loved Will Smith.  He was very cool at the end, too, being the center of attention and dancing.

The fact that so many main characters existed and were so good and exceptional made the movie "worth its weight in gold."

Dumbo (2019)

I just watched Dumbo open yesterday.  My favorite parts were Eva Green the flying woman, who acted in other movies directed by Tim Burton more recently, Dark Shadows (2012) and Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (2016,) and how good the character of Dumbo was, reminiscing of the Dumbo in the original Disney animation and seeming so awesome flying.

I went in thinking Tim Burton only produced it, but he directed with.  That said, the art was very good of him, too, whatever he must have done under his direction.

I felt like most people, disappointed to see the mother elephant shamed/scorned and humiliated.  Dumbo seemed a bit immature, not like a real elephant.

I used to watch the show played by adults dressed up as puppets called "Dumbo''s Circus" when I was a small child or toddler.  My mom got me interested in it.  I also watched "Welcome to Pooh Corner," alternating with this show, and it also had these giant puppets like this.

Dannny DeVito was very good and held the movie together very well!  He is very smart and good at acting.  I remember seeing him at the beginning of "Taxi," which I borrowed from Netflix years ago.  He was cool then, too.

They picked 2 wonderful children to star.  It was an interesting script, too.  I think compared to other kids they fit in well.  They were very cute.  It was nice to see them getting to meet Eva Green, too.

Eva Green is so skinny and attractive.  I thought her dad was Swedish and her mom was French and she is from France.  It turns out her dad is Swedish and some kind of French/English and her mom is French/Jewish.  She is a very nice actor, maybe can be seen as a little shy.  She helped make the movie very enjoyable and gave it more stability.  I guess I can relate to her in that my dad is mixed Northern European mostly and my mom is mixed with different cultures, too.  I just feel shorter and fatter.  I know she was dating Tim Burton when Peregrine came out, which I am happy she must like him.

The movie itself seemed very cool but a bit sentimental and somewhat uptight.  I appreciate all the art that went into this, as I am with any movie directed/created/written by Tim Burton.
